Actually, the powerpc.library supplied with OS3.9 BB1 is the newest version
(7 Feb 2001), whereas the beta on Frank's page is older (7 Jan 2001)
but apparently doesn't contain the bug that the newer version does.
It'd be interesting to know exactly what this bug is - I'm still using
the "buggy" version of powerpc.library, and haven't noticed any problems
with ppclibemu. Then again, I don't run PowerUp stuff often :)
